If you would like to engage the services of Clark Nursery, then a Design Agreement is entered into, the cost of which is determined by the scope of your project and a percentage of the construction budget. Clark will then set another appointment with you to go over your ideas in depth, take measurements, and gather any other information necessary. Clark often encourages customers to look through books and magazines for ideas on their landscape project or to visit the garden center for plant and paver ideas. Clark then takes that information and designs your landscape project to your ideas and specifications. When completed, you will receive either a detailed written proposal and pricing, or a detailed CAD drawing, drawn to scale with pricing, depending upon the scope of the Design Agreement.
While many people enjoy working out in their yards, just as many would prefer to leave the job to a professional. Clark S. Olsen is an ICPI certified paver installer (Clark Nursery has installed over 100,000 sq. ft. of pavers). Clark also designs and builds fountains, decks, patios, and kitchen areas in addition to installing landscapes. Clark also offers grading, sod landscape lighting, or help with poor drainage. About the only thing he doesn’t build are swimming pools. Clark’s design process is participatory; whether you have a green thumb or not, Clark believes that good design starts with his customer’s ideas.
In your first appointment, Clark will visit your home and discuss the scope of your landscape construction project. He will give you accurate budget ranges of how much each aspect of your project will cost, and he will show you detailed examples of his work. At the end of your meeting, you will have answers to your questions and a good understanding of what your project will cost.
